I want my computer....I'm so bored....I have no computer and i swear to god its never coming back....This is taking forever and I have nothing to do....Oh well, i suppose thats as good a reason as any to find my trainers and go for a jog....

Ahh Barbie,
Wish i had found this Blog before you agreed to a refurbished machine. I have a Dell and while i love my machine, Dell service leaves much to be desired.
I had trouble and the Wisconsin (yes i am a wi. person) consumer affairs helped by giving me the direct number to the big wigs. Not only did i get a complete new machine but 250$ for my trouble.
If you need any help with this--let me know.
